Cardio Sweat Camp
Every type of cardio you could imagine. From dance to kickboxing to intervals, maybe even a bit of step.
Strength training mixed in. Guaranteed to make you sweat.
Kickboxing Fusion
An empowering and challenging workout incorporating boxing moves like punching and kicking mixed with a cardio workout to die for! All levels welcome!!
Yoga
Yoga uses slow movements and stretching and is good for increasing flexibility and balance.
Pilates
This class will show you that your body can achieve fitness without equipment. Use your own body weight and gravity, you will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. It will invigorate the entire body rather than each part separately.
Spin
Join us for a road cycling, mountain biking trip on our stationary spin bikes. This class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, while developing the strength and conditioning of the lower body. Pure, motivating and exhilarating- Motor on!!!!
TRX
TRX Suspension Training builds total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels.
Sweat & Strength (Bootcamp)
Everything from strengthening to cardio is covered in this class. Very fun and very motivating.
On the Ball Class
This class is a “ball”. An excellent strengthening class. Use of the exercise ball improves balance and core strength.
Zumba
Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps.
