The following rules have been made to ensure your enjoyment and safety when using the facility. We expect our members and guests to behave maturely, responsibly, and respectfully. We will not tolerate any conduct or language that is improper, threatening or hazardous including but not limited to fighting, arguing, use of profanity, indecent behaviour or inappropriate sexual activity and reserve the right to deny guest privileges and suspend or even terminate a membership for failure to comply with these rules or for any other reason.

Sign-in
Upon arrival, membership cards must be scanned at the Reception Desk. Members will be asked to show a piece of photo ID if they don’t have their membership card or if we don’t have a picture on file. The Member agrees that use of their membership card by anyone other than the person named herein is prohibited and will be confiscated. The member also agrees that if they allow anyone else to use their membership card their membership at PF may be suspended or terminated.
Guests
Upon arrival, members must register their guest(s) at the Reception Desk. All guests must present a valid photo ID. Members may bring up to two guests at one time unless prior arrangements have been made. Guests may visit only once. A Drop-in Fee will be charged for any additional visit. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest(s). Guests not accompanied by a PF member must pay the Drop-in Fee.
Personal Training
It is prohibited for a guest or member of PF to conduct or solicit personal training on PF premises. Violators will be asked to leave and membership may be suspended or terminated.
Exercise Clothing
Proper athletic shoes and clothing must be worn in all public areas. Shoes must have non-marking soles and fully enclose the foot. No sandals are permitted. All outdoor footwear must be removed at the front entrance. Sweats and athletic pants are permitted and shorts must have an in-seam of at least 4”. Athletic tops are permitted with the exception of spaghetti straps.
Locker Rooms/Locker Rentals
Lockers are for daily use only unless rented. Items left overnight, unless in a rented locker, will be removed. Lockers for daily use will be provided at no charge, but the member must provide his/her own lock. Do not leave valuables unprotected or in your locker as PF is not responsible for lost or stolen property. *Locker Rentals are offered pending availability.
Large Locker: $12.00/month
Small Locker: $6.00/month
*Locker user will provide their own paddle lock and agree to keep their assigned locker when not in use, clean and free of any nuisance odours. PF reserves the right to open any locker under suspicious circumstances in the presence of an authority.
Etiquette
All personal audio equipment must be used with headphones. Do not monopolize equipment and allow others to work in on weight equipment. Be courteous of those waiting for equipment during peak hours. Please replace all dumbbells and plates on appropriate racks when finished. Please wipe perspiration off equipment after each use.
Food and Drink
Food is not permitted in the workout areas of the fitness center. Beverages must be in a bottle or plastic container. Gum is permitted but smokeless tobacco is prohibited anywhere in the PF facility.
Membership Dues and Charges
Initiation Fees are non-refundable. Dues are paid in advance for monthly, 3 month, or 6 month memberships, 1 or 2 year memberships. Payments may be paid with automatic withdrawls. Monthly dues are paid via cash, debit or credit card. If paying via automatic withdrawal, we will automatically withdraw your payment from your designated bank account (debit only) on the 1st of each month or the next day for the following months dues. If any changes are made to your account please notify the Reception Desk 14 days before the next withdrawal. Pro-rated Dues will be charged as a percentage of the month if the membership is started other than the 1st of the month.
Membership Hold Policy
As a courtesy, PF will put a “hold” on your membership with the following terms: (1) A hold is not effective until a signed Hold Request is filled out, and given to the Reception Desk in person. (2) If your request is received 14 days before the 1st of the month, your hold can be effective at the beginning of the next month. If your request is received less than 14 days before the next month, your Hold will not start until the month following the next. (3) A Hold may be submitted for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months. (4) A Hold is only permitted if you have a 1 or 2 year membership. (5) Billing will automatically resume at the end of your requested Hold time. Note: Your membership expiration will be bumped forward according to your Hold time. (6) Please notify the Reception Desk if you are able to return from your Hold time earlier than expected. You will need to pay for any balance this creates on your account at your time of return.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation is not effective until a Cancellation Request is received. There will be a Cancellation Fee of $100.00 charged with your request. If your request is received 14 days before the 1st of the month, your cancellation can be effective at the beginning of the next month. If your request is received less than 14 days before the next month, your cancellation will not start until the month following the next. If your account is not in good standing, any balance will be due at the time of cancellation, or the automatic withdrawal will continue until a balance of zero has been reached. Rejoining: Former members may rejoin PF without paying the One-Time Start-up Fee.
